Marcus Deller, Owner

Marcus founded Servo Garage Doors Davie in 2015 after spending years watching garage door companies sell replacement work from a clipboard and a guess. He built the business around one rule from The Haven Standard: Clause 1, the written price before any work starts. Marcus still reviews every documented photo record that leaves the shop and personally handles second-opinion estimates. When he’s not in the field, he’s usually at the shop testing a returned opener board or restocking the truck inventory. He’s a Florida native and still does his own torsion spring calculations when a job calls for it.

Rafael T., Lead Technician

Rafael has been with Servo since 2018 and leads most repair calls in the Davie, Cooper City, and Weston areas. His specialty is torsion and extension spring replacement, and he can tell the spring wire diameter by feel before the calipers even come out. Rafael is certified through LiftMaster’s service training program and carries a full parts inventory, which is why most repair calls in Davie close the same day. He’s the one most likely to explain exactly what broke using the photo record from your door. He spends his weekends restoring a 1987 Chevy pickup, so he understands the value of obsolete parts.

Daniela M., Senior Installer

Daniela leads new door and full-system installation jobs for the Davie shop. She’s been installing residential garage doors across Broward County for nine years and joined Servo in 2020. Her product knowledge covers all the major brands we service, including Clopay, Amarr, and Wayne Dalton, and she handles the measuring, leveling, and track alignment on every install. Daniela is our go-to for the complex retrofit jobs in older Davie homes where the header space is tight or the framing has settled. She grew up in Pembroke Pines and speaks fluent Spanish, which plenty of our Davie customers appreciate.

Jake B., Service Coordinator & Apprentice Technician

Jake is the voice on the phone most nights and weekends, coordinating dispatch and making sure emergency calls get a named technician with an on-the-way text, not a callback window. He rode along with Rafael for two years before taking on his own repair tickets, and he’s now doing opener repair and diagnostics under supervision while finishing his installation training with Daniela. He’s also the one who documents every visit with the photo record system, so if you’ve ever received a text with pictures of a failed bearing plate, that was Jake.
